Shipment processing time
Orders containing products available on stock are processed within 2 business days. Orders containing products that are being manufactured or that are incoming are processed within 30 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If you chose a manual bank transfer as payment method, your order will be setn after you sent us a payment confirmation. The lack of payment confirmation may cause significant delay in shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The delays of deliveries to the USA and Canada may be caused by customs controls.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

PoweUC Electronics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to order from the outside of the EU. All fees imposed during or after shipping the orders destinated outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
