REFUND POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PowerUC Electronics webstore. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require the invoice or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to our office as soon as you decided to return it or exchange. First please contact us via email contact@poweruc.com and clarify the reason why you would like to return the order. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and suggest the possible solution.

Refunds

Once your request for return is received and inspected, we will send you the email suggesting possible solution and following steps. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, contact us via email at contact@poweruc.com in this issue.

Shipping

Please do not send your purchase back as soon as you decided to return it or exchange. However, if your return is approved, in several situations we may ask you to send the order back to us. All address information you will get via email.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
